RESIGNATION OF MEMBERS. (tTKTTBD PEEBB ASSOCIATION —BT 81-BCTBIC TELZCBAPH—COPTBIOHT.) DARWIN, June 17. The members of the Town Council have resigned in a body, following a message from Mr A. Blakeley (Minister for Home Affairs) ordering the postponement of the Council election in view Of the early introduction of adult suffrage. Hitherto the Council has been elected by the ratepayers only.
