LATEST FASHIONS. STYLES FOR ASCOT WEEK. (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —B* ELKCTEIC TELEGBAFH —COPYRIGHT.) LONDON, June 16. Fashions on an entertaining pre-war scale are definitely distinguishing Ascot Week. Victorian styles in organdie are again right in the foreground of fashion, also Edwardian gowns in plain printed summer fabrics. The majority of the frocks are ankle length, others touching the ground all round. "Nothing shorter than 12 inches below the knee," is the inexorable rule. Hats are very large, in lace straw, tulle, net, and chiffon.
