FINANCIAL STATEMENT.
CITY COUNCIL'S POSITION. Cr. D. G. Sullivan, M.P., chairman of the .City Council's Finance Committee, said yesterday that a statement for the past nine months, setting out the Council's financial position, was being prepared, and would, in all probability, be availablo at the next meeting of the Council.
