NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
A cooking demonstration will be given tomorrow afternoon by the Christchurch Oas Company. Whist will be played for cash priies at the Automobile Association rooms to-night. A dance for Christ'* College old boy* will be held at the Memorial Hall on Friday, December 16th. A cooking demonstration will be held *t the M.E.D. on Wednesday and Thursday. The Nary League annual appeal will be held on Friday
