HARBOUR BOARD JUBILEE.
——♦ ENTRIES FOR REGATTA. For most of the rowing emits at the regatta to be held at Lyttelton on December 17th in connexion with the jubilee of the Lyttelton Harbour Board, eight crews have entered, and all the Christchurch clubs, Akaroft, Kaiapoi, Sumuer, Lyttelton, and Star (Wellington) Clubs will be represented. Tliis is considered very satisfactory, the entries being much better than for any regatta, for manv years. Already 35 entries have been received for the fire sailing events, and it has l>een decided to allow nominations to be made until next Saturday. Events which have been added_ to the programme are a race for ships' boats, whalers and cutters, and one for outboard motor-boats.
The Lyttelton Harbour Board will crive the prizes. Special trains will run between Lyttelton and Christchurch on the day of the regatta.
