MEETING OF LICENSING COMMITTEE. The Christchurch Licensing Committeo'.iiiet yesterday at the Magistrate's Court, Mr H. A. Young, S.M., presiding. Other members wero Messrs 11. H. Holland, "W. E. Simes, K. Matheson, and H. H. Wauchop. Transfers of licenses were granted in respect to the following hotels:— Warner's Hotel, T. A. Cloudsley to G. P Payne; Grosvenor Hotel, E. Hussell to C. Allington; Tattersall's Hotel. ■V. Roso to W. A. Stapleton; Cafe de Paris Hotel J. C. Oldndge to G. Cudby: Wellington Hotel, It. I. .iff to E. B. Rawlings; Foresters' Hotel, J. Shanahan to R. C. Dobson.
