A Splendid Investment! m ow Association (Inc.) in sums of £lO, and £IOO, for which applications are now invited for £40,000. This issue of 8 per cent. Debentures is to provide money for the erection of the finest Show and Sports Building in the Dominion. The Wellington Show Association has proved to be a most successful organisation. It has shown substantial profits during the four years in which shows have been held. And with a modern building wherein the whole show could be accommodated, there can be no doubt that it will be found to bo one of the most successful revenue-producers in New Zealand. Debentures have a currency of 20 years, dating from Ist April. 1928, and are payable—--10 per cent, on Application 10 per cent, on Allotment and four equal instalments of 20 per cent, each, the first being payable not earlier than March, 1925, the others at intervals of not lees than three months. _ The Association reserves to itself the right to pay off any Debentures after 10 years. This is a most attractive prouosition from the Investor** paid half-yearly on Ist April and Ist October in each year, and the high rate of interest is offered only because it is necessary to have all the money subscribed forthwith, so that the building may be ready for the 1928 show. The building will be a handsome one, will provide for several full-size tennis courts or bowling greens, and will have a dance floor about four times the size of the Town Hall. It will eventually become the recogonised hoiAe of all kinds of athletic games and sports. WflEaWlEl!^ffW«CTi7!!l!w7i^nE FILL IN COUPON and Send for Prospectus TO-DAY !
