MR LYSNAR'S SUSPICIONS. [THE PRESS Special Service.] WELLINGTON, December 1. Mr Lysnar has given notice of his intention to put the following question to the Prime Minister: "Eeverting to the question I recently asked the Prime Minister regarding the rumour or suggestion that Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd., were being financed by, or on behalf of, one of the American Meat Trust firms, and that they were negotiating for a working interest in one of the local freezing works, I desir" to ask tho Prime Minister if he is unable definitely and conclusively to ascertain for whom the £701,350 of debentures issued by Wright,' Stephenson and Co., Ltd., are held in various amounts by trustees as disclosed by the filed particulars with the Registrar of Companies, will he see that legislation is passed before the present session ends providing some machinery that will coinpell a trustee who has filed particulars with the Registrar of Companies regardin debentures ho holds in trust, to disclose for whom Ik holds them? Otherwise it will be impossible to deal with the, dangers of the operations of the Meat Trusts in this Dominion."
