RICHMOND BURGESSES' ASSOCIATION.
The monthly meeting of the Richmond Burgesses' Association was held in the Druids' Hall, Avalon street, Mr T. Morrow presiding. Correspondence was received from the Tramway Board, stating that the request for an alteration of tho No. 10 tram route could not be granted. It waß resolved to draw the attention of the City Council to the condition of. the side-channel at the corner of Chrystal street and North Avon road. It was resolved to write to the City Council enquiring what steps were being taken regarding the proposal to acquire the old Richmond school site. It was resolved to hold the annual Bocial in February, next.
