(Received November 29th, 8.25 p.m.) NE"W YORK, November 20. Phil Scott won on a technical knock-out over Monto Munn. The referee stopped the bout in the middle of the tenth round. Scott showed a decided improvement, and his opponent was on the verge of a real knock-out when the fight ended. Scott employed the right cross with deadly accuracy, and had Ifunn's left cyo cut r.nd bleeding profusely.
