ANTIFASCIST PLOT.
DISTINGUISHED SOLDIERS ARRESTED. (bt cable—press association—oopibight.) ("the times.") (Received November 23rd, 8.25 p.m.) . LONDON,- November 22. The correspondent of "The Times" at Borne announces that a Deputy, Ponzio Sebastiano, was arrested at Turin for working against Fascismo, and helping anti-Fascists to cross the frontier. His associate, General Benevenga, was detained in custody. Sebastiano was decorated with the equivalent of the Victoria Cross during tin war. He formerly led an ex-ser-vice men's Parliamentary Party. Benevenga is a distinguished soldier, and was formerly president of the Italian Press Association.
