Lamb Market—First quality firm. Stocks strongly held. Secondary lamb is weaker owing to heavy supplies of home-killed meat. Mutton Market—For wethers the market is well supplied. The ewe market is firm, but little is doing. Generally the market has been overstocked*with all descriptions of home-killed meat.
