Mr Leon Eatabrook, representing the International Institute of Agriculture, Eome, has arrived with the object of obtaining the co-operation of the Commonwealth Government in the proposed world-wide agricultural census in 1930. He will later proceed to New Zealand. Mr Eatabrook states that the object of the census is to discover the areas under cultivation in principal crops and the amount of live stock in every conntry of the world in order to determine the extent of the world's food resources.
