CHRISTCHURCH COUNCIL CONGRATULATED. [THE PBESS Special Service.] DUNEDIN, November 18.At a meeting of the Dunedin Women's branch of the New Zealand Labour Party, a resolution was passed congratulating the Christchurch City Council on the steps taken by it towards establishing a municipal milk supply branch. The meeting also expressed its appreciation of the effort made by Labour members of the Christchurch City Council to maintain a decent standard of living for municipal workers.
