The Ecclesiastical Committee of Parliament decided by 21 votes to five that the revised Prayer Book does not affect prejudicially the Constitutional rights of his Majesty's subjects, and that, therefore, the measure should proceed.' It is generally thought that ifc will be discussed by Parliament, early in December.
