LONDON, November 10. In the House of Commons, Mr Churchill, answering Lord Apsley, said that the incomes of political parties were liable to the full income-tax. Super-tax was only chargeable on the incomes of individuals. He was confident that the law was carried out most strictly in regard to parties' investments.
