The British United Press correspond, ent at Moscow reports that Trotsky and Zinovieff were expelled from the Communist Party, and Kameheff, Rakovsky, and Smilga expelled from the Central Executive The decision followed a long conference of the Central Executive Control Committee, which is the supreme body controlling the -conduct and ethics of the Party's members. (Received November 16th, 1.25 a.m.) MOSCOW, November 15. Those expollcd have been removed from the leading Party and Government posts. Trotsky and Zinovieff were expelled on the grounds that they were responsible for all anti-Party activity, which is clearly growing into anti-Soviet activity, undermining the dictatorship of the proletariat.
