[Sir James Alexander Cooper waa joint liquidator of the British Empire Exhibition, deputy-chairman of the British Australian Wool Realisation Association. Ltd., chairman (and Commonwealth Government representative) of London agencies of the Commonwealth Dried Fruits Control Board, and the Commonwealth Dairy Produce Control Board. He had an appointment at the War Office from 1917 to 1921.]
