The wine-growing countries of France, Spain, Portugal, and Hungary are joining forces to combat Prohibition in every country. Greece, Italy, and Luxembourg are expected later to join the central organisation just established here, which will seek to popularise wine by advertising its health-giving qualities and to cooperate with "wet" organisations wherever Prohibition is advocated.
