EX-KAISER'S SISTER.
APPROACHING MARRIAGE. ABUSIVE LETTERS RESENTED. (by cable— pe2ss association—coptbloht.) (austbaliax and v.z. cablb association.) BERLIN, November 13. At Bonn, Princess Victoria, the exKaiser's sister, in the presence of her fiance, M. Subow, otherwise M. Zoubkoff, said that the ex-Kaiser's consent to their marriage was not required. The Princess leads a strenuous athletic life, dancing, playing tennis, swimming, and walking, despite her age. She has taken up pillion-riding on her nance's motor-cycle, which she enjoys equally with four-in-hand driving, which she formerly practised. "I feel twenty-five, that's all that matters," she said. "Nobody will be invited to the wedding, which will take place at the Russian Church at Wiesbaden. If the relatives like to come nothing prevents them." Her fiapce placed his arms around Princess Victoria when she declared that they would live wherever he decided. Both bitterly resent the hundreds of anonymous abusive letters which are received daily. The ex-Queen of Greece and the exCrown Prince of Germany recently visited Princess Victoria. [Princess Victoria is sixty-one and M. Zoubkoff is twenty-seven. It was at first, announced that the ex-Kaiser had consented to the marriage, but later he refused his consent. M. Zoubkoff, who was penniless when he met the Princess, has had a picturesue career. He was once a sea-cook and later a dish-washer in a restaurant.]
