KERR'S ROAD.
TO THE EDITOR OF "THE PHESS. Sir,—lf the controlling authority that portion of Kerr's road between Woodham and Wainoni roads cannot see their way to renovate the road, may I suggest that they put bridges over the potholes. This will at least alleviate the suffering of motorists and cycUstsAnother good plan would be to get the Councillors to take a trip in a car with flat tyres, over the portion of road mentioned, at a speed of, say, thirty to forty miles per hour, the occupants to sing lustily,'' Kind Words will Never Die." Perhaps Councillor Kerr would take the leading part. Either of these suggestions, if carried out, would solve the present difficulty.—Yours, etc.,
H. F. EAEL. Wainoni, November 12th, 1927.
