♦ TEXTILE TRADE DISPUTE. (BT CABLB rMSS ASSOCIATION —COrTRIGHTi. (ATJSTBAUAK AXD F.Z ASD SUX CABLE.) LONDON, November 10. Rhineland and Westphalian textile manufacturers locked out 65,000 employees after 800 struck because they were refused a 20 per rent, increase in wages. It is believed that the whole industry will bo affected unless a speedy'settlement is reached. Twenty thousand workers in the cigar industry also have been locked out.
