MOSCOW, November 6.
Tho city was decorated and illumin« ated with thousands of coloured lights and there wero special ballets and plays in the theatres for the celebration of tho tenth anniversary of th© revolution, but snow was the most successful festival decorator, as the first snowfall of tho winter came simultaneously with the arrival of trainloads of Communists and trade unionists, not only from overy part of Russia, but from many countries throughout tho world. M. Bukharin, speaking in the Opera House, claimed that tho October revolution had- opened a now epoch irt history. Despite a certain stability, capitalism would novqr return to it# pre-war position. Similar festivities and demonstrations wero held in Leningrad and other, cities.
