B. AND F. BIBLE SOCIETY.
The annual appeal for funds for the British and Foreign Bible Society has been completed in Sydenham. The Misses Reid, of the addressed a meeting of thd collectors, an'' showed how much the missionaries were indebted to the society. The result of the effort brought in £33 10s. The following gave their services as collectors:—Mesdames Wilson, Grimwood, Middleton. Thiele, Sharp, Puddle, Dick, Hayes, and Misses Evans, Hassal. Guffio, McGregor, Iveson, B. Bell, King, Hooper, and Campbell.
