The next best dispatch for correspondence addressed to Great Britain, Ireland. and Continent of Europe, will be per Maunganui, closing at Christchurch on the 10th inst., at 5.15 p.m. Correspondence must be marked "via Australia.'' Due London December 17th. Mails for Australian States, South Africa, and the East, per Maunganui, at Wellington, close at Christchurch ou November 10th, at 5.15 p.m. Mails which left Auckland on September 27th, via Vancouver, arrived London October 26tli. The Chrißtmas dispatch for newspapers, packets, and mails, per direct steamer for Great Britain, Ireland, and Continent of Europe, will close at Christchurch 011 Wednesday, November 9th.
