Prisoners sentenced to-day were:— John Alexander Mundie, postal employee, theft of £57. two years' probation, ordered to take out a prohibition order, and not to enter billiard rooms;' Frederick Diver, theft of £l7 as a railway servant, two years' probation, and to take out a prohibition order and pay costs, one guinea.
