ARBITRATION COURT.
CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION. ', . The Arbitration. Court was engaged yesterday morning in dealing with the claim, of Reginald Davis (a minor) against Twentyman and Ann Hodgson, of North Loburii,for compensation for an accident arising out of his employment as a farm labourer. This occurred ''on March 19th, 1927. The action was settled by the payment of £BO, and the Court made an order that this amount be paid to the Public Trustee. Mr W. J. Sini appeared for plaintiff and Mr E. "W. "White for defendants.
