WRIGHT ESTATE.
MORE LITIGATION.
COURT TO SIT IN PRIVATE HOUSE. In the action, Roberts v. the Bank of New Zealand and the remaining members of the family of the late E. G. "Wright, all the parties agreeing, Mr Justice Adams has agreed to hear the evidence of one of the defendants, Mrs Harriet Myra Wright, widow of E. G. "Wright, in her private residence at Ashburton at 10.30 o'clock this morning. This unusual procedure has been adopted as all the parties recognise that on account of Mrs H. M. "Wright's age and physical disabilities it would not be reasonable to ask her to attend at the Courthouse in Christchurch.
Mr J. H. Upham, with him Mr E. W. White, will appear for plaintiff (Mrs Eoberts), Sir John Findlay, K.C., with him Mr A. F. "Wright, will appear for the Bank of New Zealand; Mr F. Wilding for Mrs Morgan and family, Mr A. C. Cotterill for the trustees "of E. G. Wriglu; and Mr Geo. T. Weston, for Douglas George Wright.
