A doctor gave evidence that it was impossible for the wounds to be self-inflicted and that Leslie was shot from behind while in a sitting position, the bullets entering the back and coming out at the front of the body. [Herbert, William, and Bruce Higgs. three brothers, have been charged with the murder of Ronald Lnchlan Leslie, a grazier who was found dead iii his car near Sydney, with three bullet wounds in his chest.]
