LYTTELTON NEWS.

Sunday Trains. On Sunday next the summer Sunday service will commence on the Christchurch-Lyt-telton line. Extra trains will leave Christchurch for Lvttelton at 10.55 a.m. and 6.25 p.m., and will leave Lyttelton for Christchurch at 11.25 a.m. and 7 p.m., all, of course, running to summer time.

Harbour Light Theatre. "Camille,' a special production starring Norma Talmadge, will be repeated at the Harbour Light Theatre to-night, together with a Century comedy and a news reel. To-mor-row a double feature programme will be shown in tho afternoon and evening. The chief attraction is a Universal-Jewel comedy, "The Love Thrill,' featuring Laura la Planto and Tom Moore, and the supporting feature is "The Whirlwind of Youth," starring Lois Moran.

The management of the theatre announce that commencing on Monday, the evening session will commence at S o'clock, summer time. The matinees will commence as at present, at 3 p.m. summer time.

Young Helpers' league. At tho annual box opening social held in the Presbyterian Scholroom, there was a large attendance of young helpers and friends. The Rev. F. J. Tylee presided and gave a short address on the work of the League, and congratulated those present on the success of their efforts. The money collected in the boxes, together with the annual subscriptions, amounted to £l6. The Young Helpers collecting the largest amounts were: Lois Petrie £1 15s 10£ d, Beth Wilson £1 14s 3d, lan Wilson £1 4s Id, Joe Goodchat £1 2s ."id.
