POSITION IN RUMANIA. UNCONFIRMED REPORTS RECEIVED. (by cablb—mass associatiox—copyright.) (AUSTBALIAS iXD W.E. CABLS 1930CIATI0*.! VIENNA, October 31. Unconfirmed reports from Budapest state that revolution has broken out in Rumania against M. Bratiano's dictatorship. A STATE OF TURMOIL.
(Received November Ist, 10.10 p.m.) LONDON, November 1. Telegrams from Bucharest indicate turmoil. The Government investigations at each enquiry disclosed evidence incriminating larger and larger circles of army officers against M. Bratiano and other political leaders. DANGER REMOVED. (AUSTRALIAN AND X.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received November 2nd, 12.50 a.m.) VIENNA, November 1. The "Neueswiener Tageblatt" from Bucharest states that M. Bratian6 has scored a decisive victory, and all dangers of a revolution are apparently removed. It is believed that Prince Carol is not taking further action, as his financial claims have been satisfied.
