NEW EXHIBITS.
ADDITIONS TO MUSEtJM. Interesting additions to the exhibits at the Christchurch Museum include a specimen of printed prayers for a Tibetan Prayer Wheel, and a specimen of Tibetan Classics. These hav» been presented by Professor C. M. Stubbs, who holds the chair of Chemistry at the West-ghina University at Professor.Stuobs is an old,graduate of Canterbury College. During the recent. Chinese trouble the professional staff were forced to leave the West Unna University, which was handed over to the Chinese staff, but they have lately been invited to return, and 1 rofessor Stubbs is now on his wav back to Chengtu".Other recent additions to the museum include two old worked samplers presented b y .Mrs H. E. Clibborn" a Kosella parrot presented bv Mr J P Diack, of Spreydon, and a Peruvian com presented by Mr P. C. Graham
