A fifteen rounds professional boxing mat-ch to-night, between Artie Hay, of Hastings, and Jim Broadfoot, of Waihi, ended in the last round by Broadfoot collapsing. Ahoni halfway through the bout ho complained thai .his eyes were paining him. However, he continued to fight strongly, and his coliapae -was unexpected, Broadfoot was leading on points up to the tenth round, his opponent* then assuming tha oippsr hand.
