Mr Turner argued that there was a definite intention to establish a Ministry for Transport. There was a precedent in the buß regulations, which were initiated with very much the same arguments. They could not bo blamed for suspecting Buch innocentlooking proposals. He would be prepared to withdraw the motiou, in favour of the question being referred to the executive. The resolution was withdrawn in favour of a decisis to refer the matter to '" the executive to draw,up a report wliph the Government brings down definite proposals.
