AN EGYPTIAN REPRISAL. (BT CABLE— PBISS ASSOCIATION—COPriUGRT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND XZ. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) CAIRO, October 30. The newspaper "Al Ahram" states that ' the. 1000-ton. Russian steamer Chicherin was seized when leaving Alexandria for Odessa, with £90,0u0 worth of cotton, which the Russians purchased •in Alexandria." It is stated that a mixed Court ordered the seizure at the request of the Societe Maritime Egyptienne, the owners of the steamer Costi, which the Russians recently seized and confiscated at Odessa.
