MR COOLIDGE'S CANDIDATURE DISCUSSED. (BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION-—COPYRIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received October 30th, 10.00 p.m.) NEW YORK, October 30 A- canvass made by the New York "World" among members of - the Republican National Committee shows a prevailing sentiment for- President Coolidge. Of 40 who replied, fortyfive per cent, did not take President Coolidge's statement: "I do not choose to run," as final. Thirty-five per rent. favoured him, but believed that he was definitely out of the race. The others were non-committal.
