(Received October 31st, 7.10 p.m.) ROME, October aO- - evening celebrations in connexion with Signor Mussolini's review of the troops, including concerts and illuminations, were suspended, owing to a collision between the Bari Locorotondo Line express and a slow train. A number of carriages of the express were overturned, killing six and injuring 80 passengers.
