The "Gazette's" Rome correspondent says that Signor Mussolini iu a message to the Blackshirts on the anniversary of the movement, declared : "Deeds not words, have been our record during the past five years. For the fifth time the date returns that stirs hearts, illumines hopes, and hunulitates our faint-hearted enemies. Our arduous work is crowned with the massing of our armed legions, who constitute a solemn warning to whosoever is foolish enough to impede our progress. Let no one perfect instruments of revolution; multiply your forces, and temper your spirits m readiness for any battles. Blackshirts, you are young men eager for more daring trials. Up with your standards and rifles, and let the cry of our faith be heard over all horizons."'
