Lively times are expected in th« Dail Eireann as tho Fianna Fail has drafted Bills proposing the repeal of the Public Safety Act and the Local Government Act, 1925, requiring officials of local authorities ou appointment or receiving increases of salary to sign a declaration of allegiance to the Free State Government. Hie Constitutional Labourites will probably support the De Valera Party. In any case the divisions will the Government's strength. <
