FRENCH BUDGET.

TRADE BALANCE FAVOURABLE. (BY CABLJ-rHF.'SS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) ("TH* TIMES.") (Received October 26th, 7.55 p.m.) PARIS, October 25. Although there has been a slackening of business, which, however, is not likely to become an economic crisis, the trade balance is favourable and unemployment is declining.
