FASCISTS IN AMERICA. NEW ORGANISATION COMMENCES. (T.T CABLE—MUSS ASSOCIATION —COPTHIG S?T. i (AUSTRALIA*- AND K.Z. CABLE ASSOCIATION.) October 26th, 7.1 c p.m.) NEW YORK, October 35. Chicago messages state it is understood that an American Fascisti organisation, called the "American FirA Foundation," has been organised further to advance the Mayor of Chicago, Mr "VYm. Thompson's. anti-British projects for the purpose of improving citizenship, tabooing sectarianism and racial differences. A suite of offices has been established in Chicago with similar organisations under nay in fourteen of the major cities.
The mode of operation will be the distribution of Government approved literature, speeches, motion pictures, advertising in keeping with MiThompson's philosophy, and suppression of favourable mention in history books of King George and the lata King Edward. 3fea_nwhile, Mr Thompson has been restrained by an injunction forbidding the burning of pro-British books on the grounds that it would be a destruction of private property.
