The-chairnUn thanked delegates for his election, and said ho hoped that with' their assistance he would fill 'the position creditably. Ha welcomed Mr Burnett (Shirley), a new delegate. After a lengthy discussion on tho questions 1" be asked candidates for tho Tramway Board, it was decided further to consider matter at a special meeting a fortnight heiKo.
