MAGISTERIAL. MONDAY". (Before Mr H. A. Young, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Andrew Robert Gibb was fined 20s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment, for drunkenness. Mary Ann Windsor, who appeared on" her sixty-fourth charge for drunkenness, was fouvictcd and sentenced to 11 days' imprisonment. BREACH OF ORDER. Cyril Crisp Cottrill was charged villi drunkenness and with having onfered the premises of his wife during the currency of a separation order. Senior-Sergeant Fitzpatriok said that- on Saturday evening a constable went to the house and ejected Cottrill, who was drunk. lie then arrested him. Cottrill was sentenced to one month's imprisonment with hard labour on the second charge, and convicted and discharged for drunkenness. FOUND ON PREMISES. Edraond Harry Robert Lister pleaded guilty to a charge of havjng been found without lawful excuse on the premises situated at 201 Hereford street. Senior-Sergeant Fitzpatrick stated that accused had been found asleep in a porch in an empty house in Hereford street. He had several previous convictions. Lister was convicted and sentenced to ono month's imprisonment with hard labour.
