LATE MR W. H. SEED.
FUNERAL ON SATURDAY. . The funeral of the late Mr William Henry Seed was held on Saturday afternoon, the lengthy procession # Ing his residence,, Cashmere road, and proceeding to Bromley cemetery, where the Eev. Mr Grcenslade, assisted by the Eev. Mr Lawry, conduced the last rites. The chief mourners were: Messrs E. Q. Seed, 'N. L. McCrostie, F. S. Eutherford, and Dr. W. .S. Seed. The pall-bearers were Messrs M. Kershaw, E. E. England, J. Allen, Henshall, L. A. King, and A. Sherris. Those who attended the funeral included: Messrs W. Sherris, W. Ballantyne, W. Hindlc, A.
