CHRIST'S COLLEGE CHAMPIONSHIPS. i The annual boxing championships of Ohrist's College were held last week, the preliminary events being held on Thursday and the finals on Saturday night. The results were as follows: — . , •' HEAVY-WEIGHT. K. G. Kerr'{lost 131b)' defeated A. R. Cooper (list 111b). MIDDLE-WEIGHT. First round —B. J. S. Bean (10st 41b) defeated R. Acton-Adams (lOst 01b), D. G. ilcHardy (lOst 91b) defeated T. P. Shand (lOst 71b), H. K. Black (lOst 111b) and E. T. C. Newton (lOst 21b) had byes. Second round: Bean 'defeated Newton, McHardy defeated Black. Final—Bean defeated McHardy in a close bout. _ LIGHT-WEIGHT. First rvund: S. Hills (9st 31b) defeated J. T. Jessev (*>st 101b), J. S: Blenkhorn (9st Hlb) defeated K. D. Wcstonra (9st lib), P. L. Uphill (9st 101b) defeated P. H. W. Nevill (9at 101b), P. A. M. Williams (9st 101b) defeated C. J. Kennedy (9st 71b). Second round; Dudley defeated Hills. Third round: Blenkhorn defeated Dudley, Uphill won by default from Williams. Final—Blenkhorn defeated Uphill. FEATHER-WEIGHT. M. M. Smith (Bst 101b) defeated R. H. Ludbrook (Bst 121b), J. Lissant-Clayton (Bst 121b) defeated R. M. Morten (Bst 121b). Final —Lissant-Clayton defeated Morten in a close contest. BANTAM-WEIGHT. First round: V. T. Hitchings (7st 121b) defeated G. Bowker (7st 71b), R. A. Armstrong (7st 121b) defeated G. C. C. Webb (7st 111b), E. P. Barker (7st 111b) defeated J. M. Kerr (7st 121b). G. J. B. Morris (7st 111b) a bye. ? Second round: Hitc'hiiigs defeated Armstrong, Barker defeated Morris. Final—Hitchings defeated Barker. FLY-WEIGHT. First round: F. A. Gresham (6st 81b) defeated H. R. Wigley (6st 91b), K. N. Bond (6st 111b) defeated K. C. Ensor (6st 121b), 3. V. McCracken (6st 111b) defeated P. A. Blair (fist 121b). Second round —Gresham defeated Ensor. Final—Gresham defeated McCracken.
