N.S.W. ELECTIONS.
ANOTHER APPEAL MADE. (BT CABLE—PBSSS ASSOCIATION—COPTBIGHT.) (AUSTRALIAN AND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received October 21st, 9.55 p.m.) SYDNEY, October 21. The struggle to secure entry into Parliament is apparently not ended with the elections, as another candidate who was defeated at the polls has appealed to the Elections Qualifications Committee against the election of his opponent. In this case Air Bate, the Labour candidate for the Paddington electorate, appealed against the election of Mr Levy, ex-Speaker, on the grounds that many voting irregularities occurred with regard to nostal votes.
