SUMNER-REDCLIFFS ROWING CLUB.
The Sumner-Redcliffs Rowing Club celebrated the' opening of the season with a most successful dance and euchre tournament, which drew a very largo attendance of supporters of the club, and visitors from the surrounding districts. The hall was prettily decorated with'pale shades _of lemon and green and great credit is due to the committee in charge. Music was provided by tho Suruner Orchestra. The winners of the euchre were Mesdames 0. Mugford and G. H. Woods, and Messrs S. Livingstone and Lilbournc. Amongst, the many present were:— Mesdames Fordharu, Tutill, G. H. "Woods, F. Truscott, 1).
