DIFFICULT FUTURE PREDICTED. ("the times.") (Received October 20th, 8.10 p.m.) LONDON, October 19. The Stockholm correspondent of "The Times" states that the- journal, "Nya Dasligt Allehanda" says: "The result of the Norwegian elections is a most important event and is unparalleled in Scandinavia. The bourgeoisie are at the mercy of a Party sympathetic with Moscow who, after uniting with the Social Democrats, still call themselves Communists. The near future will be very difficult for our Western neighbours. The result of the election is a triumph for demagogy and the defeat of riper judgment."
