Rome. October IP.—At a meeting; at Milan celebrating the tenth anniversary of the end of the war, it was decided to organise two Italian scientific expeditions in IP2S. One will attempt the a.cent of tiic Himalayas, to which the British and Indian Governments have consented, and the other will be a Polar expedition, in charge of General Nobile.
