TRAIN HITS LORRY. (MESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) MASTERTON, October 20. As a result of a collision on a levelcrossing near the Woodside railway station, between the Wairarapa-Wellington express and a motor-lorry laden with timber, A. H. Bull, carrier, of Greytown, lies iii hospital in a serious condition. Bull was thrown from the driver's cab of the lorry on to the cattle stops. He suffered a severe scalp wound and a fractured leg.
